TO ALL CINCO RANCH RESIDENTS

This is a CALL FOR NOMINATIONS for three Neighborhood Representatives for each of the 34 Neighborhoods. Deadline for submissions will be Friday, September 12, 2008. Elections will be held October 28th.

A Neighborhood Representative is a resident liaison between the owners within the neighborhood, community management and the Board of Directors. They are elected by residents of the neighborhood to represent them in association matters regarding topics that affect the neighborhood and the overall community.

Three Representatives will be elected from each neighborhood. Please talk with your neighbors. Homeowners interested in serving the community should submit a letter of interest and a short biography of why you would like to be a representative at this time.

Please submit information to the Association office at the address below or email Lynette Barboza at lbarboza@pcmi-us.com. (Email is preferred.) Deadline for submissions will be Friday, September 12, 2008. Please do not let your neighborhood be without representation. Consider “throwing your hat into the ring” today!

Once nominations are received, ballots/proxies will be mailed to you for the election which will be held on October 27, 2008. Details will be sent with the election ballots.

Thank you for your interest. We look forward to hearing from you.

REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS…

Soliciting is against Cinco Deed Restrictions although it is not against County law. The Association does not sponsor ANY door to door solicitation or any door to door programs of any kind. The best way to stop solicitation is to not answer your door and to not support solicitor’s efforts. Solicitors soon get the message when they do not reach their financial goals.

Please support the Community Deed Restrictions by not supporting Solicitation! If at any time you feel that you or your property is being threatened by a solicitor or a suspicious person or persons, please contact the law enforcement officials.

Cinco I and Cinco II make agreement to share facilities

I am pleased to announce that the Cinco I Board of Directors has completed an agreement with the Cinco II Board to allow for mutual shared use of all controlled access amenities of Cinco I and Cinco II for the remainder of 2008 and all of 2009. No fee will be needed to enjoy this access of the sister communities.

Effective immediately, Cinco I residents will be able to use the new water park at Cinco II and other facilities as they become available on the same basis as the residents of Cinco II. The Boards of Directors struggled with this to ensure that the agreement was equitable between the two communities. The agreement expires on December 31, 2009. Based on the experience we have between now and then, the Boards hope to move forward with a longer term agreement by the end of next year.
