The Neighborhood Representative Committee (NRC) is a group of volunteers representing the neighborhoods in Cinco Ranch. The representatives are elected by homeowners within each neighborhood, and strive to make communication easier between the residents, PCMI and the Cinco Residential Property Association Board of Directors. The Neighborhood Reps Committee is involved in making decisions concerning residents, followed by suggestions for approval to the Board of Directors.
