Summer Saturdays in Cinco Presents

New this year for Cinco Ranch POA Special Events will be “Saturday Mornings in Cinco”. These events are sponsored by your Cinco Ranch POA in partnership with ARTreach, Young Audiences of Houston, LaCenterra, and SimplyCinco. Through these partnerships, we are able to offer six different artistic performances during the months of June, July and August on both the third and fourth Saturday mornings of each of those months. We have arranged to have the three library-style events in SimplyCinco, located at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd, Suite C 130 in LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, and the more energetic type events on the outdoor stage in Heritage Square in LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch.

Because the indoor facility has a space capacity, we will have to limit the number of participants that attend the events in SimplyCinco. However, in order to provide this type of entertainment to the most participants we can, SimplyCinco has agreed to allow us to provide a second show on the same morning each month in their location! This allows us to have both a 10:30 a.m. show as well as an 11:45 a.m. show!

Twenty-five advance tickets for each of these indoor capacity-restricted shows are available on a first come, first serve basis at the Cinco Ranch POA office for residents. Please present your pool key and request the number of tickets per child that you require and for which date and show time (tickets not necessary for the accompanied adults).

Ticket-holders for the 10:30 shows scheduled at SimplyCinco must present their tickets for admission no sooner than 10:00 a.m. but no later than 10:10 a.m. Guests will be granted admission at 10:15 a.m. for all remaining spots to capacity, including any open spots due to “no-shows” from the advance tickets; and, advance tickets would then no longer be accepted for admission.

Ticket-holders for the 11:45 shows scheduled at SimplyCinco must present their tickets for admission at 11:25 a.m. Guests will be granted admission at 11:30 a.m. for all remaining spots to fill capacity, including any open spots due to “no-shows” from the advance tickets; and, advance tickets would then no longer be accepted for admission. We hope that this helps create a full capacity crowd of Cinco Ranch residents as well as a smooth and organized entry system as we utilize this business’ space for our event and we do appreciate your assistance during the check-in process at the door.

The outdoor stage in Heritage Square in LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch provides us with a wonderful open space and we hope that many residents take advantage of the opportunities for kid-friendly entertainment there this summer.

Fireworks Enforcement

Be advised fireworks are against Deed Restrictions and strongly discouraged, for the reasons mentioned below. Where addresses can be identified, we will send letters to the property owners asking them to cease this type of action and/or to clean up the trash debris. As required under the Texas Property Code, the Property Owner has to be given an opportunity to cure the violations, or, the opportunity to request to a hearing within 30 days of the date listed on the letter.

The Association has put up "No Fireworks" signs throughout the subdivision as well as announcements in the Cinco Spirit and on the Cinco Ranch website in hopes that this will be a deterrent to the Homeowners violating this restriction.
