Cinco Commercial Property Association I, Inc.

The Cinco Ranch Master-Planned Community was established to include a Commercial Property Association. The Cinco Commercial Property Association, Inc. was established in 1990 and is a mandatory membership association which includes all the various types of commercial development in Cinco Ranch, East of Katy Gaston Road, and consists of retail, restaurants, professional and multi-family businesses. Professionally managed by the Planned Community Management, Inc. (PCMI) on-site Cinco Ranch management team, the Commercial Association includes a Board of Directors and an Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The roles of the Board include the governing of the Commercial Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and deed restriction enforcement. The ARC ensures building compliance to the requirements of the Cinco Ranch Commercial Design Guidelines and the ‘Cinco standards’ for future development.

Board Meetings

The Cinco Commercial Property Association Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Thursday of every other month at the Cinco Associations office at 4025 South Mason Road, Katy, Texas 77450. The open session of the meeting begins at 12:00 PM. Meetings are held the months of January, March, May, July, September and November.

Submissions for Agenda must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the meeting date to the Cinco Associations office, attn: John Buehler, 4025 South Mason Road, Katy, Texas 77450. Phone 281-599-0408, ext. 15.

Commercial Design Guidelines:
As outlined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ("CCRs"), any and all improvements to property shall be submitted to the Cinco Ranch Commercial Architecture Committee (the "Committee") for review and approval prior to initiation of any construction activities. Further, it is the applicant's responsibility to ensure compliance with the latest revisions to these guidlines. Guidelines are available upon request from the Committee. The Committee has discretiionary authoriuty as set forth in Article I.G ("Discretionary Authority") of the Guidelines.

  • Timewise Market & Deli/Shell Gas Station – Cinco Ranch Blvd. at Gaston Road – construction complete – open for business.
