Cinco Ranch I Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the elected body that sets policy for the Cinco Ranch Property Owners Association and governs the affairs of the Association in the best interest of all of the Property Owners.
Cinco Residential Property Owners Association, Inc. Open Session Board Meeting is held the second Wednesday of each month unless there are 5 Wednesdays in the month in which case it will be held the third Wednesday at the Associations Office, 3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy, TX 77494 (starting in April. Open session starts at 6:15PM.
Executive Session, which is a closed session, is held the last Wednesday of the month.
A request to be on the Agenda, as well as any information to be presented at the meeting, must be submitted twelve (12) days prior to the meeting date to the Cinco Associations office, attn: Jason Blackman, 3022 Windemere Park Lane, Katy, TX 77494.
